kyat3 Terms & Conditions and Service Policy

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement—

• "Platform" refers to kyat3's website, mobile services, and all related services.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is playing on the platform.
• "Funds" refers to the player's account balance, calculated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
• "Bonus" refers to welcome rewards or extra funds that kyat3 gives to players.
• "Valid wager" refers to playing with your own money (not the bonus itself) on the game types specified in the bonus policy.

This agreement is written in Burmese, and the Burmese-language version is the official binding record.

To play on kyat3, each player must open their own individual account. You must fill in accurate information when registering. If false information is provided, action may be taken on that account.

• Each player may only open one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed if found.
• Cases where family members access the platform from the same IP address will be reviewed in line with the platform's policy.
• A player's account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or sold to another person.
• kyat3 has the right to request identity verification from a player when needed.
• If any personal information provided at registration changes, kyat3 must be notified immediately.

kyat3 provides services to players aged 21 and over only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play in any way. By opening an account, the player confirms they are 21 or older. If found to be untrue, the account will be closed and funds will not be withdrawable.

The available deposit and withdrawal methods and minimum amounts on kyat3 are listed below—

• Payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer
• Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (the same for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 minutes to 30 minutes

Withdrawal requests will only be processed if they match the payment method registered on the player's account. kyat3 is not responsible for payments made to an incorrect bank account or phone number.

To prevent money laundering, kyat3 has the right to review deposit and withdrawal records and may suspend suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and promotions offered by kyat3 can only be withdrawn if the following conditions are met—

First Deposit Welcome Bonus

• 100% of the first deposit amount is added as a bonus, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.
• To withdraw the bonus funds, a "valid wager" of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.
• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
• Example — If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

If bonus funds are intentionally misused (for example — hedging bets, or breaching game restrictions that apply to bonuses), the bonus may be forfeited and action may be taken on the account. Any changes to the bonus policy will be communicated in advance.

The following general rules apply when playing games offered on the kyat3 platform—

• Game results are random, and kyat3 has no way of knowing or controlling the outcome of any game in advance.
• If a network disconnection occurs during play, kyat3 will do its best to review and resolve any affected rounds.
• kyat3 has the right to review and take action on game results caused by a technical glitch.
• If a player exploits a software glitch or plays as part of a coordinated scheme, kyat3 may void the results and claw back any winnings from those related rounds.
• If irregular play is found, related funds may be forfeited.

kyat3 offers three VIP tiers for loyal players — Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's regular play and loyalty, and are at the platform's discretion. Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and withdrawal conditions apply.

kyat3 supports the health and financial wellbeing of its players. Gambling is entertainment only — do not treat it as a way to earn income—
